Tract 1- 460.37+/- acres of mostly irrigated, highly productive crop land along HWY 603 East. T-16N-R13E Sec. 37-38, T-15N-R13E, Sec 1, 89, 90 Madison Parish, LA. This property has highway frontage, deep well irrigation, and consists of mostly commerce silt loam with some shaky clay and has a high FSA yield history. The crop rent is $200 per acre per crop year. 2”-6” electric irrigation wells.
Tract 2- 165.91+/- acres of irrigated, highly productive, cropland on HWY 602 East, T16N-R13E, Sec. 23, 25, 26, Madison Parish, LA. This agland tract has bayou and highway frontage, 2 deep wells for irrigation, and is 98% commerce silt loam. It has a high FSA yield history and the crop rent is $200 per acre per crop year.
Tract 3- 145.09+/- acres of hunting, timber, and CRP, with a good duck hunting lake. This tract can be accessed from HWY 602 or I-20. Location is T16N-R13E, Sec. 23, 25, 26 Madison Parish, LA.
